How to read these results?
- Licenses: the recurring annual cost paid to the vendor (SaaS subscription or perpetual license).
- Implementation: the costs of configuration, data migration, training, and support from the integrator.
- Maintenance: support, updates, and system evolution.
The deployment model strongly influences the TCO: an on-premise deployment adds infrastructure costs (servers, security, backups), while Cloud SaaS pools them into the subscription.

This quiz uses a weighted scoring system across 7 ERPs. Each answer assigns points to the solutions best suited to your profile. The criteria considered are:
- Company size — some ERPs are designed for small businesses, others for mid-size and large enterprises.
- Budget — the cost-to-functionality ratio varies enormously from one vendor to another.
- Industry — ERPs have different vertical strengths (manufacturing, services, retail).
- Business priority — price, features, local support, or customization.
- Deployment model — Cloud, on-premise, or hybrid.
