Data controller
The website erpimplementation.eu is published by Stéphane ZÉ-OGIER / DigitsLane, based in Paris, France.
For any question about the protection of your personal data, contact us at: stephane.z@erpimplementation.eu
Data we collect and why
We only collect personal data that you provide voluntarily through one of the forms described below. Reading our articles does not require any registration.
Newsletter (Brevo)
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and preferred language (French or English) are processed by Brevo (a French company, data hosted in the European Union), our processor for email delivery. Subscription uses double opt-in: no email is sent until you click the confirmation link. Our server also keeps a record of your subscription request (address, language, date) to manage the confirmation. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time. See Brevo’s privacy policy.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to us by email and stored in our database for the sole purpose of answering your request. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in handling your request.
Downloadable guides
When you request one of our guides, your email address and the page the request came from are recorded so that we can deliver the guide and, at most once a month, let you know about our ERP analyses. You can object at any time by writing to us.
Internal audience measurement
Our server counts page views (page address and timestamp). No IP address, identifier or cookie is attached to this count: this data cannot identify you.
Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics (ID: G-LT4YHES2MW) to analyse site traffic. This service collects anonymised data such as pages viewed, visit duration, device type and approximate geographic location. This data helps us improve content and user experience.
Hotjar
We use Hotjar (ID: 3918150) to understand visitor behaviour on the site (heatmaps, anonymised session recordings). Hotjar does not collect personally identifiable data.
Google AdSense
The site displays advertising through Google AdSense. This service uses advertising cookies to serve personalised ads based on your browsing history. You can manage your advertising preferences on the Google Ads Settings page.
LinkedIn integration
We use the LinkedIn API to automatically publish our articles on our LinkedIn Page ERP Implementation and on the LinkedIn profile of the site’s publisher. This integration acts exclusively on our own behalf, with our explicit authorisation, and complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.
- It does not collect, store or process any data about LinkedIn members: no profiles, connections, messages or individual interactions.
- The only information sent to LinkedIn is the text of the post and the link to the related article.
- We may view aggregated statistics of our own posts (impressions, reactions, comments) as provided by LinkedIn, without identifying any individual.
- The access tokens issued to us by LinkedIn are stored on our server located in the European Union, with restricted access, and can be revoked at any time from our LinkedIn account settings.
If you interact with our posts on LinkedIn, your data is processed by LinkedIn under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site uses the following types of cookies:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Hotjar): measure audience and analyse visitor behaviour. Retention: up to 13 months.
- Advertising cookies (Google AdSense): display targeted advertising. Retention varies depending on the cookies set by Google.
You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some features of the site.
Retention periods
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed subscription requests are deleted after 30 days.
- Contact form and guides: 3 years after our last exchange.
- Internal audience measurement: non-identifying data, kept in aggregated form.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: see the Cookies section.
Processors and transfers outside the European Union
- Brevo (France): newsletter delivery. Data hosted in the European Union.
- IONOS (Germany): hosting of the site and its database; delivery of contact form emails.

- Right of access: obtain confirmation that data about you is processed and receive a copy.
