Italian ERP group TeamSystem announced on April 8, 2026 the simultaneous acquisition of two software vendors: Acd in France and Dia Yazılım in Turkey. These deals mark the group’s fourth and fifth external growth transactions since January 2026, confirming an aggressive European expansion strategy driven by the wave of e-invoicing mandates sweeping the continent.
Acd: A Gateway to 3,200 French Accounting Firms
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Tours and Aix-en-Provence, Acd develops cloud and SaaS solutions for accounting production, practice management, CRM, document management, and payroll. The company employs more than 280 people and reported revenue of approximately €35 million in 2024 (Intelligent CIO Europe, 8 April 2026).
The strategic logic is compelling: Acd serves approximately 3,200 accounting firms that collectively manage 1.3 million French businesses. For TeamSystem, this represents indirect access to a vast SME and micro-business base — precisely the segment targeted by France’s mandatory e-invoicing rollout, with reception obligations for all businesses starting September 2026 and transmission mandates for SMEs and micro-enterprises from September 2027.
Dia Yazılım: A Growth Relay in Turkey
On the Turkish side, Dia Yazılım employs around 100 people and serves approximately 15,000 businesses with a modular cloud ERP covering accounting, CRM, e-invoicing, and e-commerce (ICT Business, 8 April 2026). Turkey mandated e-invoicing for businesses as early as 2014, making it one of Europe’s most mature compliance markets — an environment where TeamSystem can deploy the fiscal compliance expertise it built on Italy’s SDI system.
Why This Matters for European Businesses
TeamSystem is a heavyweight. The group crossed the €1 billion revenue milestone in 2024 (+19% year-on-year), counts more than 2.5 million clients, and employs over 5,000 people (Data Manager Online, May 2025). Backed by private equity firm Hellman & Friedman, the group has the financial firepower to sustain rapid M&A activity.
The Italian model as a playbook. Italy pioneered mandatory B2B e-invoicing through the SDI (Sistema di Interscambio) in 2019. TeamSystem built deep automated compliance capabilities on that foundation and is now exporting that expertise into every new market it enters. France, with its 2026–2027 regulatory calendar, is an ideal testbed for replicating the model.
Accelerating consolidation. Five acquisitions in four months signals an unusual pace of consolidation, even by the standards of Europe’s fast-restructuring ERP market. For CFOs and IT directors at French SMEs, the practical implication is clear: Acd, until now an independent vendor, is becoming part of an international group’s ecosystem. Key factors to monitor include product roadmap changes, service continuity commitments, and post-acquisition pricing.
What to Watch Next
Integrating Acd into TeamSystem will take several months. The 3,200 accounting firm clients — and the businesses they serve — should track three areas: any potential migration to TeamSystem’s cloud infrastructure, compatibility with France’s certified e-invoicing platform partners (PDPs), and the group’s ability to maintain the local support that Acd provided from Tours and Aix-en-Provence.
