Syxperiane Acquires OGI: Consolidation in the Cegid XRP Integrator Market

Syxperiane announces its 4th acquisition since June 2025: OGI, a Cegid XRP Sprint integrator in western France. Analysis for Cegid customers and the ERP market.

Syxperiane Acquires OGI: Consolidation in the Cegid XRP Integrator Market

On October 6, 2026, Syxperiane announced the acquisition of OGI, a Cegid XRP Sprint integrator based in Chartres-de-Bretagne (Brittany, France), according to Le Journal des Entreprises. This is the group’s fourth external growth transaction since opening its capital to private equity firm MBO+ Flex in June 2025. With this acquisition, Syxperiane reaches an estimated €40M in revenue and now covers all three tiers of the Cegid XRP product range: Ultimate, Flex, and Sprint.

Context: A Group Consolidating at Pace

OGI was founded in 2000 and has held Cegid Gold Partner status since 2015. The company employs around thirty staff from its headquarters near Rennes, with a secondary presence in Paris. Its expertise spans Cegid XRP Sprint, finance solutions (electronic signatures, treasury management, e-invoicing), and HR/Payroll, for revenue exceeding €10M (Le Journal des Entreprises, October 6, 2026).

Before this deal, Syxperiane had 230 employees and approximately €30M in revenue. The entry of MBO+ Flex alongside regional investment funds Ouest Croissance and Sofival was designed precisely to accelerate this targeted acquisition strategy. Laurent Fleury, CEO of Syxperiane, summarizes the rationale: “OGI brings us complementary expertise, particularly around Cegid XRP Sprint and Finance” (ibid.).

What This Means for Cegid XRP Customers

For OGI customers in Brittany and the Loire region, continuity of service is likely in the short term: Gaëlle Motin remains at the helm of OGI post-acquisition, and teams are being retained. That said, it is worth reviewing your support contracts now (SLAs, response times, dedicated contacts), as practices typically evolve during integrations of this kind. The typical timeline in this market: 18 to 24 months before the acquired brand gradually disappears in favor of the acquiring entity.

For CIOs and CFOs currently selecting a Cegid XRP Sprint integrator, the landscape is narrowing. With 115 employees dedicated to Cegid XRP and €14M in related revenue for fiscal year 2025–2026 (ibid.), Syxperiane has established itself as the dominant player in western France for this product line. Consolidation can be an advantage (financial strength, R&D resources, geographic coverage) or a disadvantage (less competitive pressure, risk of standardized offerings) depending on the profile of your project.

For the broader market, this fourth acquisition in under 18 months illustrates a structural trend: mid-sized ERP integrators — too small to independently invest in continuous training and broad functional coverage — are joining groups capable of spreading these costs across a larger client base. The shortage of certified Cegid XRP consultants is accelerating this logic: acquiring a trained team is more effective than recruiting cold in a tight talent market.

What to Watch

The pace of roughly one acquisition per quarter suggests a fifth transaction is possible in the first half of 2027. Key questions to monitor: will the group target other French regions, or consolidate its position in western France? Standardization of project methodologies across entities will be a key indicator of the group’s operational maturity. Finally, the announced merger between Cegid and Silae creates a rapidly evolving vendor context: integrators with stronger proximity to the publisher will be better positioned to support their clients through this transition.
